The ingredients you will need are the following:
PAN DE MUERTO Ingredients for 1, 7 inch bread loaf
¼ c milk
¼ c water
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
2 ½ - 3 c unbleached all purpose flour
¼ c sugar
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (one packet)
1 ½ tsp ground anise
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tablespoons orange zest
1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
